Electronic Stamp Prints on Metal and Plastic

Reiner presents the latest addition to its jetStamp family, the MP-series. These electronic stamps are equipped with a special ink cartridge that prints and dries quickly on metal and plastic surfaces.

The new stamps can be used to mark products and components directly—the imprints dry within seconds. The portable jetStamp MP has a modern and compact design; it quickly and quietly prints up to two lines of numbers, date, time and text. There are 25 pre-programmed imprints plus an option for up to four customised imprints in memory. The stamp comes with a protection clip to keep the ink cartridge from drying out and a protective foil pouch for storage.

The jetStamp MP is available in three models: the mobile 790MP, stationary version 792MP for production lines and online model 791MP which connects directly via USB to a computer.

Polytech's Photograb System

Explore your opportunities and find ways to compete other than price with products and services that are not offered everywhere. Photoengraving is becoming increasingly popular. With modern technology, you can transmit images, text and graphics in stunning quality on marble, granite, glass and porcelain. This innovative technology leads to technically sound and precise results.

With this technology you can engrave shower walls, bathrooms, monuments, hotel foyers, nightclubs, etc. Talk to your customers about your new product range and the technical possibilities. With more knowledge, customers will be willing to pay for this new technology. The Photograb system will gain you competitive power.

Create images with graphics software and then use Photograb to transfer the writing or graphic directly from the PC onto marble, granite, glass and porcelain using a numerically controlled, long-lasting diamond tool. The solid stainless steel construction provides a large-format working surface: 1000mm x 1000mm x 200mm.

Red Dot Design Award 2010

On 5 July 2010, the Design Zentrum Nordrhein Westfalen awarded the Red Dot Design Award for design quality and "international superior product design" to the modico® R45. The stamp boasts an ergonomically designed mount with flowing lines and a matted "soft-feel" coating that nestles into the palm of the hand.

Modico CEO Christian Grimm states that the award confirms the company's philosophy of satisfying their customers who "demand not only technically innovative products but also innovative design—a perfect symbiosis of shape and function." The R45's microporous stamp plate produces stamps with resolution up to 600 dpi. Fonts as small as 4.5 points, full tones and even photos can be reproduced. The inkpad is integrated into the mount, and amazingly precise imprints can be made with only a slight push on the stamp. The certified indelible ink is quick-drying and does not smudge.

Bamboo Flash Drives

JDS Industries, Inc., a leader in award products, introduces a new product, Bamboo USB Flash Drives. These 2GB Flash Drives are compatible with both the 1.1 or 2.0 USB interface versions. The outer shells are made from genuine bamboo, a certified renewable resource, and the covers are held in place with small magnets. The bamboo casing not only makes the drives eco-friendly, but they are also easily laser engraved for use as a personalised award, gift or promotional product. Three of the four styles of Flash Drives are attached to key rings for easy transport and access. The Bamboo Flash Drives are currently in stock in all 12 JDS Industries Inc. warehouses.
